Building sustainable support systems that empower women, protect families, and create long-term stability for future generations.

Schanceline Ezekeli founded The Cribb Sisters in 2019 with a clear purpose: to uplift young women, build confidence, and provide guidance that enables long-term independence and self-worth.
Her leadership is shaped by discipline, mentoring, and enterprise development, and grounded in a belief that real change comes from consistent community engagement and responsible stewardship.
Today, Schanceline’s philanthropic work supports not only women, but also their families and dependants — recognising that stability must extend beyond the individual.

This work is grounded in dignity, responsibility, and generational impact.
